Terms

Last updated 30 August 2026

These terms cover the use of finfuse.com and anything bought through it. Buying the kit means accepting them.

What FinFuse sells

FinFuse sells educational material: a downloadable kit of source code and written instructions for building your own trading software on your own brokerage account.

What FinFuse is not

FinFuse is not a broker, an investment adviser, a financial planner, or a licensed professional of any kind. Nothing sold or published here is investment advice, and no recommendation about any security is made or implied.

The kit deliberately contains no strategy, no signals, and no instruction about what to trade. It never connects to your account, never holds your keys, and never places an order on your behalf. Everything it does, it does on your machine under your control.

Risk

Trading involves risk of loss, including the loss of more than you deposit where margin is involved. Software you build can contain mistakes, and mistakes in trading software cost money. You are responsible for what your software does.

The kit is written to be run against a paper-trading account first, and its final module exists specifically to argue you out of using real money too early. That advice is given honestly and is still only advice about software, not about investing.

Your licence

Buying the kit gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use and modify it, including in your own commercial projects. You may not resell it, republish it, or distribute the material itself.

No warranty

The kit is provided as it is. FinFuse does not warrant that it is free of defects or fit for any particular purpose, and is not liable for losses arising from its use — including trading losses. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid.
